Specifically I would like to see our party adopt some more structured and centralized organizational processes while still maintaining the independent political voice of our elected officials. I recommend the NPA creates a 23 community strategy to facilitate delegation and improve voter engagement in every Vancouver community. I would also like to see the NPA adopt more efficient usage of micro-targeting by building a data-rich list that clearly identifies which issues are important to Vancouver voters. We also need to develop an efficient and effective communication strategy so that the current NPA caucus and party has the digital support and infrastructure to promote their ideas in a world that is increasingly getting informed online. I have over 6 years of experience in political organization and communication at every level of government. I currently work for TD Bank in the financial services industry. I am committed to helping all of our caucus members succeed and to working constructively and collaboratively with the rest of the NPA board in building a more responsive and modern organization in time for the 2014 election. See you at the AGM on June 28th. |
